Vegies with Tangy Yoghurt Dressing


Ingredients
  • 1 bunch baby radish, washed and trimmed
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into batons
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed
  • 2 celery sticks, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 3 spears asparagus, cut into 5cm lengths
  • ½ cup low fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seed mustard
Method

Combine yoghurt and mustards. Pour over mixed vegetables in a bowl.
