Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
  • 120g lean pork mince
  • ¼ cabbage, shredded
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • ½ cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
Method

In a non stick pan sauté onion and celery until onion is soft.

Add Pork Mince and continue to cook, stirring until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle over curry powder and crumbled stock cube. Add ¾ cup of water.

Then add vegetables and cook for 2-4 mins.

Serve with instant fat free noodles that that have been drained.
