Zucchini Beef burgers

Ingredients

  • 120g lean beef mince
  • 1 small zucchini, grated
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 cm ginger, peeled and grated
Method

Combine all ingredients and shape into patties. Cook on BBQ or grill plate, both sides
