Ingredients
  • 120g rump steak, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1cm ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 teaspoons brown vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small beef stock cube
Methoda

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 45 mins, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender.

Serve with ½ cup of cooked Basmati Rice.
