Steak Casserole


Ingredients
  • 120g blade steak, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100ml beef stock
  • 100ml tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Method

Preheat oven to 170°C. Mix all ingredients in a small casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Check occasionally to ensure it remains moist – you may need to add a little more stock or water.
