Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 120g chicken breast, skin off
  • ½ cup low fat plain yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons tandoori paste
Method

Combine yoghurt and tandoori paste. Smear over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Bake in oven 175°C for 15 minutes or cook in non-stick frypan.
