Citrus Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
  • 120g chicken breast, skin off,cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 2 tablespoons no oil dressing
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and refrigerate for an hour. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill or barbecue, basting with marinade while cooking.
