Terry White Chemists Weight Loss

The Terry White Chemists eating plan is based on consuming 1200 calories a day for quick and safe weight loss. You will replace 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch) with a Terry White Chemists shake, soup or European crème. The Terry White Chemists meal replacement products are interchangeable. Each meal replacement contains around 210 calories (880KJ) and contains all the vitamins and minerals set out in the Australian and New Zealand guidelines for formulated meal replacements. Two meal replacements per day consumed in conjunction with your evening meal will help you meet your minimum daily intake of all important nutrients.

Your evening meal is made by you at home, using fresh food that you can buy at the supermarket. You can choose from a range of specially prepared recipes for evening meal ideas to ensure variety.  One serve of meat (120g for women and 200g for men) and a minimum of 3 cups of vegetables are recommended for your evening meal. You are also permitted one serve of pasta, rice or potato.

The objective of Terry White Chemists Weight Loss is to help you lose weight by:

  1. Reducing your total calorie intake for the day to about 1200 calories (5,020KJ).
  2. Helping you to meet your recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals to keep you healthy and energetic as you lose weight.
  3. Making you feel as “full” as possible throughout the day.
  4. Skewing your diet in favour of protein and away from fats.
  5. Offering you a controlled variety of everyday food options for your evening meal.

The daily eating plan sets out what you should eat to ensure that you are consuming about 1200 calories per day.
